Our contract states the following:

"If, within seven days of this sale, the purchaser believes the dog to be sick, the purchaser agrees to return it to the seller, with a letter from an examining licensed veterinarian. The seller will, at the seller's discretion, either refund the purchase price, return the dog to the buyer in well condition, or exchange the dog for another dog of equal value. In any case, the seller is not responsible for any veterinary bills.

This animal is warranteed against fatal genetic defects for five years from the date of purchase. A replacement puppy of the same sex will be given to the buyer at no charge, upon receipt of a letter of explanation from an examining licensed veterinarian. Please note that failure to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven days of this sale voids the warrantee."

Additionally, we have the following policy:

In order to hold a dog, we require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. We cannot hold a puppy unless the deposit is received.

We do not ship our dogs. We will deliver locally free of charge, and greater distances for a negociable fee. Commercial transportation, if required, is to be paid by the buyer prior to delivery. We cannot deliver a puppy unless it is paid for in full.

We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks. Payment is either cash or money order,
